bpd1151 Posted January 1, 2013 Report Share Posted January 1, 2013 At the bare minimum, double check your spark plugs. There have been some Eco owners who have previously had issues with the stock plugs. I'm willing to bet that may be the issue, or even perhaps the chaffed wire syndrome (which Ford has still yet to ever officially recognize). Essentially, one pair of wire loom(s) that lead to one of the knock sensors, is a lil short, & the wires would rub on the block, wear off the insualtion (over time) and it would cause power loss.
