foster6a
Has anyone changed their spark plugs on their own, or have you taken them to the dealer to be done? If you have, how accessible are the plugs? I'm planning on swapping mine out OEM plugs, as that's what seems to be the recommendation in the forum. mjhpadi
I know a bunch of people have switched their plugs and I don't recall anyone really complaining about the change being difficult. However, the guys that have done this are mostly now over at Ecoboost Performance Forum http://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php You should join us over there and ask this question. I'm really sure the guys would have a fair amount of input as to what they are using and why. Personally, I have not changed my plugs, but I only have 24K on the car without any problems. Boggus
I changed my plugs out to 1 step colder many thousand miles ago on my 2013 PP. Fairly simple job, hard on the back. As long as you have various sized ratchets, swivels you can do it.
