Guest Guest Posted July 7, 2014 Report Share Posted July 7, 2014 Just had some new Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval AS put on last Thursday. So far they are running very well. I upgraded a size to 255/45/20. Fills the well a little better and they feel nice and stable. I love they way they look and the way they feel. Guest Guest Posted July 16, 2014 Report Share Posted July 16, 2014 Did a little test yesterday at my favorite place to launch on concrete. The spin on the new Wide Ovals was substantially reduced. Shift to second still gets a nice bark. I'm not sure how that will pan out in the 1/4, being that the 255's are taller and wider than the 245's.
