  1. I drive a '14 Fusion SE with the 2.0L Ecoboost with 6,750 miles on it. I plan on running a can of fuel injector cleaner through it every 10,000 miles as preventative maintenance to keep carbon build-up down / low. I stopped at the store today and grabbed a bottle of Lucas Oil Deep Clean Fuel System cleaner to use at my 10,000 mile oil change and was wondering if anyone tried it, or what else you guys would recommend? I thank you guys in advance for your input.
  2. Swapped My Ride!

That's one amazing looking ST, I think they look sharp in black.
  3. New SHO Owner

I always admire other peoples Taurus's while out and about, there are some sharp looking ones I see while in my travels.
  4. How much mileage does your car have?

Bought my Fusion SE with the 2.0 Ecoboost about a month & a half ago and have roughly 2,120 miles on it, I can do a lot of driving at times.
  5. Positive Cold weather effects

I noticed that in a '09 Focus with a 5-speed manual trans. I owned awhile ago and thought I was crazy, power loss was even more noticeable in the summer when you had the A/C going in that car.
  6. EcoBoost in 1934 Ford - Car & Driver

I bet it sounds sweet with the exhaust set-up.
  7. Post Some Pictures of your Ecoboost!

Those are some sharp looking SHO's.
  8. With that in mind I might take mine off when the weather gets warmer here in Central NY if they have a problem with the covers warping, not sure if thats an issue or not with the factory / stock engine covers warping when the weather gets warm combined with engine heat.
  9. I never owned a vehicle with a turbo before, and didn't know if the added heat would be too much for the synthetic blend so that's why I asked. Thank you for your input.
  10. I bought a '14 Ford Fusion SE with the 2.0 Ecoboost 3 weeks ago new and got a handful of year-end rebates. I previously owned a '09, '11 and a '12 Focus all bought new and ran Ford Motorcraft synthetic blend oil through them and they all ran well using the 5,000 mile oil change interval. My daily driving is mostly city / stop & go type driving with extended idling periods sometimes and was wondering if its worth stepping up to the full synthetic being this is a turbo motor? I was asking being I do the 5,000 mile oil change intervals at my Ford dealership and was wondering if 5,000 miles would be to long using a synthetic blend oil (Ford Motorcraft Oil.) on a turbo motor like the 2.0 Ecoboost I have versus running the full synthetic.
