markssho Posted April 2, 2013 Report Share Posted April 2, 2013 My guess is...total speculation...I think Ford will more aggressively tune the 3.5 V6 EcoBoost for the new Taurus in '14 or '15. I would expect them to hit the 400hp number. A 'track key' option triggering a different tune, aka Mustang, would be awesome. I would also expect that "The Lincoln Motor Company" will surpass the Ford HP numbers for the new '14 or '15 MKS, into the low 400's HP. Ford is openly talking about offering this same engine in the new redesigned Expedition and Navigator. I think it would be a mistake for Ford NOT to continue to enhance/tune/increase this engine for different applications in future models.
