Another slow day at work

Recommended Posts

looks great, i was thinking about just doing the oval part of the wheels since mine is white, but really like your look as I have same wheels. Nothing done yet just did it with paint to get an idea. The only thing would make them look a little better is a wheel hub cover with SHO on it, I've seen them someplace but can't find any more, any help with this?

I picked up a G2 caliper paint kit in bright red and plan to tackle it in spring. It is designed to withstand the braking environment and not fade etc...

I use G2 paint products exclusively.

They are located in a suburb just North of me, which makes me happy to have yet another local supplier to purchase from.

Additionally, I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with their products.

The ease of application and the quality / durability has always impressed me.

I have heard of other owners who have used cheaper products such as VHT & have had to repaint, &/or do over their brakes quite frequently.

Not the case with the G2 stuff.

And if you're a resourceful shopper, their kits can be had from anywhere between $37 on the low end, to like $60 on the high end.

Great great stuff from my personal experience.

So those wheels are painted? I love the black look and am considering doing the black like you did instead of the blue.

Could you guestimate the cost?

Id love to do this to mine instead of buying new rims.

Side note I have MULTIPLE cases of beer to cover your labor if you could do this if I covered materials.

For you $45.00 a wheel plus paint. The KONA BLUE is a compbo of pearl&metalflake and very expensive but I don't know about your silver or the black you want.

Well my friend, it looks like ill have to make a trip out to atlanta within the next couple months after I square away my potential new job.

Thanks for such a sexy wheel mod, we will get our schedules in sync and ill make a weekend trip out of it.

As for the black, nothing super fancy just a black with a little "zing" and less of a matte black.

We will discuss the finer details in PM.
