Jeremiah5238
Has anyone tried this plasti dip glossifier on the plastic trim? I would like to make it more shiny. I have already done my grill and side emblems in black and I'm gonna try the glossifier on the stuff I already dipped. I just don't know if the glossifier would look nice on the trim. If you have any advice on how I could make the trim "pop" it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Kolk1
I havent used it on the plastic trim, but Ive used it on rims that were plasti-dipped. It does what it says it does. It gives it a gloss.
Jeremiah5238
I just wonder if it will come out nice without being applied over plasti dip. I'm thinking that it should just make the plastic shiny without the need for plastic products every time I wash.
Kolk1
ohhh, you want to use the glossifier on non dipped black trim. All I can say is, try it on a piece you cant see first. See how it looks, then see how it peels off a couple hours later.
Jeremiah5238
Yea that's what I'm thinking too, just wanted to see if anyone has tried it yet.
wildosvt
This sound fantastic! BUT it screams of a test run on something of no value first! LOL

SHO Rod
Maybe you should try it on a wheel well. It could keep it looking "clean" longer and also quiet down rocks and sand kicked up by the tires. And if it doesn't work well on plain plastic, then no real loss since it's in a usually non-detailed wheel well. -Rod

I'll post results when I get them. Thanks.
