steve142857
You see shoman, an SRT8 running 13.1... Not 15 sec... It seems, to use your analogy to Star wars, that there are a bunch of R2D2's drivers in Houston! lol To the OP, nice time! 12's are just around the corner... You need to work for it, you'll appreciate it more...
travSHO
Good time. That's about with mine ran this weekend. I got 8.44 in the 1/8. That works out to about 13.1. we have very similar mods to.
pacoflyer
Temp was 50 F. I think humidity is like 80% here in FL. Gainesville Raceway, FL. Not sure how much humidity matters.

The 2nd time sheet is 2012 LMS tune SHO stock SRT8 at 95deg. With the 60' times being 2.4 for 5.7L(spining) 2.0-2.1 me stock&tune,2.1 for 6.1L. all of us would be .4-.7sec faster if we had run at 60deg. A co-worker with a tune 5.7L ran 13.2sec and I ran 13.0sec at 90deg. So yes this SRT8 WOULD RUN 13.1 OR 13.2SEC at a cooler temp but the SHO goes 12.x 's. SO THERE ARE THE#'s, I know how you like the #'s.:loco:http://i1277.photobucket.com/albums/y486/shoman04/57Lamp61LHEMI_zps7c46c400.jpg[/img]"]
pacoflyer
Tires were at 35 nor sure the difference of 28 psi would have been. My IAT was 92 degrees at the light. It went down to 60 halfway through the run. Thank you staging lanes. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Mothball
Look at that 1/8th mile. You won by 1/1000th of a second! Great job!
steve142857
But he redlighted lol! But if he is like me, it is fun to compare to other cars, but on test n tune, I focus on my own time and trap speed.
pacoflyer
I left early so it be a finish line race XD We were pretty close on that 1/8 mi. I crossed the finish .19 earlier. So If I did leave better I think it would have been bumper to bumper. I think my IAT being so warm at the start hurt my 1/8th since I gained a little bit of lead by the 1/4.
