mjhpadi
Wow...what a surprise, the Japanese copying America technology! Look at Kia, the Koreans are doing it, and I tell the story about years ago at the National Scuba Manufacturers Convention, a bunch of Japanese guys would give all the America companies new products a look over, discuss it in Japanese.....Surprise, next year they are into manufacturing scuba equipment that are knock-offs of the American gear, but priced lower....foreign companies have been stealing American technology for years... interceptor
Crazy. 7 petals instead of 5 on their flower. I get a lot of compliments on my wheels. No surprise it is copied.

If HYUNDAI had not out bid FORD KIA would been 100% own by ford.

From what I understand, the Ecoboost tech was developed partly by Bosch...
Timeless
Was not a fan either...especially on the lighter color cars...on the darker color ones they blend in better...and they actually look much better in person.
steve142857
They do look better in person and on darker cars imo. When the car is dropped, I actually kinda like them (but still prefer the 2010-12 ones). With 7 branches, they look less lime flowers. ShoBoat
They grew on me, I wasn't sure at first but I really like them now. They look better when the car is moving. But on the Corolla really??
