bpd1151 Posted January 8, 2013 Report Share Posted January 8, 2013 A way to turn it on, or off, has been discovered. It still had to do with the OEM strategy code from what I understand. Whether or not it was there to begin with (or shall I say, turned on to begin with) is no longer the issue it had blossomed into. I no longer have this icon with my Stage 5, Custom Dyno'd Meth Tune. tss Posted January 9, 2013 Report Share Posted January 9, 2013 Just got an email from Rick informing me that they had figured out what was going on with the grade assist issue. He sent me an updated file. I expect the update will do away with the grade assist functionality. I don't think I want to lose the capability. So unless there is a newly discovered unpleasant side effect to this capability, I think I'll keep running my old version of 4+ with the bonus Sport Mode. As soon as I finished reading all 18 pages of it last night and went out to the garage in my PJs and fired up my MKS to see if by some slim chance I had recieved this techno-gift from the Ford software lords. But alas, I have no icon. Now I'm bummed I don't have something I never had. What's wrong with me? Oh, but I asked my buddy and he said his EB Flex has it!
