Detailing and the Heat

Wow, just was outside, to do a little touch up on the car. Since it wasn't really dirty I wanted to do a quick detail. Just some 303 Protectant on the bottom trim, metal polish the exhaust tips, and doing the rest of the car with a coat of Brilliant Glaze and some Buttery Wax, since it just had 3 coats of Americana Wax a few weeks ago. I know the heat wave has somewhat broken here in the Northeast, but man, the pavement was really hot! I did manage to do the rear bumper, exhaust and right quarter panel...before my dog said "No Mas"! So we are back in the A/C and waiting for the sun to head down. I do understand why the dog wanted back in the A/C...checked the temperature on my deck and it was 95 degrees. And the sensor for the temperature is in the shade. So looks like the car will get finished between this evening and early tomorrow morning. Good luck to anyone doing any work on their cars in the heat. BTW, no surprise, and I using Adam's Polishes products for this touch-up.
