I was disappoointed with the light output of my headlight, canadian cars having only halogens option for the SHO, no HID :Cry:

 

So I bought a 9012 HID conversion kit, 4300K, 55W with warning canceller. Here's the result:

There is a good difference while driving, not so on the indoor garage pictures though. HID are almost the same color has the LEDs fog light strips which I like. There's a blind spot on the driver side, not so visible while driving.

 

I thought I would have more light output from the 55W ballast but still a great improuvement over stock halogens. If I haven'T had issues with polarity, the whole job including cutting a 1 inch whole in the rubber cover would had taken less then 45 minutes. For CAN$148, free of shipping, warehouse in Montreal, I am happy! :car:
