BombshellSteph
Anyone know where to find custom letters in the Taurus SHO font or anyone on here that can make them? I always name my cars and put it on them but this being my first SHO, it seems like lettering is next to impossible to find that is either the same font or isn't obnoxiously oversized. Thanks in advance! :hail:
SHOdded
Are you looking for custom overlays? This one has received good reviews on another Ford forum http://glass-elephant.pullfolio.com/. Contact by EMail, a little slow, but work is good. Or you are looking for custom billet emblems? http://billetbadges.com/
RedCandySHO
I don't think the font exists for the SHO letters. It seems to be a custom text.
BombshellSteph
Thanks so much guys. I'll look into it. I just need a small badge made about the same font size as ecoboost is on the back but it's been hard finding a size-appropriate one. Crash712us
Believe me I've looked, my front SHO badge I just ordered there rear sho/ecoboost badge and cut the letters free from. Are you looking to replace the ford oval on grill? or just add a sho badge to the grill?
tss
I think she wants to name her car and put the name on there somehwere in the proper font.
BombshellSteph
I think she wants to name her car and put the name on there somehwere in the proper font. That's exactly it. I was hoping to put it on the back end somewhere but I need the letters to be about 1/2 inch in height at the largest. tss
Another option it to completely replace the TAURUS lettering as well. Get something as close as you can. Only you will notice it is not exact OEM. Then order the letters for your car name, then order letters to replace "TAURUS".... This way, all the lettering will match, which I know is very important to you....it just won't be precisely stock.

I would completely remove the "Taurus" and replace it with "Artemis" I always name my cars after some kind of mythology deity. It just fits usually. I dunno, call me weird but it's a trait I got from my dad. He's got a z06 named Banshee. Although I was more leaning to him naming it Gloria... goblues38
My kids named my car "roxanne" because the Police song was on the first time we were talking with the sync voice.
