shomeda-
I am looking to get some new shoes for the SHO.. I just have a couple of questions about the following: What is a comfortable width that we should use? What is our Bolt Pattern? What is our Offset? What would be a good Backspace? racerx78
I don't know all the info. I know we have 20x8 with a 39mm offset on the '13 SHO's. I know for my race wheels i'm going with a 20x9 38mm, while running a 275/40 tire. It only sticks out .6" more than stock which is fine since i'm not lowered. That 275/40 also matches perfectly with the stock tire height so you don't have to worry about throwing off your speedo.
bigPelo
stock tires 245/45R20 have 28.68in diameter 275/45R20 will be 29.74in Dia, 3.57% more 265/40R20 will be 28.34in Dia, 1.19% less I personally won't go over 3% difference... To answer ShoMeda$: 1. anywhere between 245 and 275 should be ok 2. 5x114.3 3. racerx78 got it right 38-39mm, so you should be ok between 35 and 42 approx. Thanks, i meant to say say 275/40 not 45. 275/40 is the same dia. as 245/45 the we have stock. This is the best rim and tire calculator site out there. This is what i use to see if i can make a setup work. Rims-N-Tires: Calculator

racerx78
Yea they make it very easy to see what you can do. I used it when i went from 18x8 with 225 to 17x8.5 with 255's on my MS3. Tire shop said it couldn't be done. That said it could. I had the shop do a test fit and the site was correct, and i ran and race on those tires for 2 yrs and didn't have a problem until i lowered the car, and even then i just had to ad .5 degrees of negitive camber.
