Lightningracer
Smelled it yesterday, when I stopped to get gas, but did not have time to put it on my lift until today. I did some internet searching last night, and did not know what to expect... there were plenty of things it could have been. I still dont know what it is, but seems to be originating from somewhere near the inboard turbo... cant see the spot, but there are some drips up there. What are my possible problems? Crash712us
Sounds like a leak at turbo return oil line has been fairly common on earlier years.
nameneeded
If it is an oil return tube I had that happen on my car. Used JW weld to fix it. Mine was a low presure tube and doesn't heat up enough to affect the cured JBW. Hopefully you have some warranty left.
Blaine109
I've had two instances of a burnt oil smell. The first was a turbo leak. The other was a leak out of the vent cap on my PTU. I will take it in after the holidays.
Lightningracer
Got the car back from the dealership yesterday... they got the leak fixed. It was the seal on one of the tubes that goes over the spark plug. It was not installed proprerly from the factory, so it was leaking.

RamblinClam
I had the same burnt oil smell after 2800 miles. The dealer replaced the vent on the PTU and the smell has gone away.
