Slowsho
So got in the intake the other day. Real easy install but the temp sensor doesn't fit tight. The screw and washer it gives you to lock it down doesn't do much. Idk if its just me but seems like I could almost pull it out if I wanted too. Doesn't lock down like the stock air box does .Thanks
tss
Mine locks down pretty tight with the harware supplied with the kit - really tight in fact. Maybe you should use a larger screw if the hole is perhaps stripped or too large.
Crash712us
Hmm is the oil ring still on the air temp sensor? Also the sensor has a tab that aligns with notch, the washer and screw merely holds tab in alignment notch. But should fit snuggley in hole. Now it's wobbly...any idea where I can get a replacement? Thanks,
Crash712us
Auto parts sell assortments of O-rings. And if remember correctly its green which same as used in A/C systems. But for its duty anyone that fits will work. Just put a little lube on first so it don't roll when installing.
