Nero69
Looking at replacing the stock 245/45/20's with 255/45/20 Continental DWS's. Ayone had a chance to try these tires and if so will this size be a better match than the 245/45/20's that currently reside on the wheels? I figured with the added power of the tune a wider tire wouldn't be bad. I just don't want some big ugly sidewall to compensate for width. Any help or comments would be appreciated. Nero69
I called on the Continentals and they apparently have a four month wait. Discount offered up 275/40ZR20 for about the same price. So now my question is will these fit lol?
SHOdded
Did you try Tire Rack? They seem to be a bit cheaper than Discount Tire for the DWS and claim availability in stock size.
Nero69
I looked on tire rack. They matched tire racks price which was nice. I ended up going with the 255/45/20's. I have enough tread to last out the summer. Plus, I thought about it and didn't want to go so wide that they are terrible in the snow.
