Wild13EcoBoost
For those that have installed their own springs on the 2013 SHO. I'm assuming you used an impact gun to remove the two strut bolts (strut to spindle bolts) out? A 3 foot breaker bar couldn't break them free. Wild13EcoBoost
Thanks. I've been over to ecoboost performance forums, just haven't signed up yet. I'll guess I need to do that. I got the nut off no problem, but the bolt just doesn't budge.
Crash712us
The bolts are splined and they have to be drive out. Just put the nut on the end of bolt and a couple blow with malted will drive out.
Leadfoot
Crash is right. loosen the nuts so that they are even with the end of the bolt (so you don't damage the threads when you hit the bolt with a hammer to drive it out).
