local17bri
I am hoping to rotate the tires on my 2011 PP SHO this weekend and am looking for some advice/information. I am unsure what the proper wheel lug torque ft/lbs is for 20" wheels is . Also, any advice on jacking up and supporting the car would be appreciated. I want to use a floor jack and jack stands to remove the tires so I can cross rotate the front tires to the rear, and bring the rear tires straight forward. If I raise the car using the jacking points indicated in the owners manual, I am unable to place the jack stands at that point and remove the jack. Is there an alternate place to safely raise the car from without potentially damaging anytinig on the suspension?? Thanks in advance.
Crash712us
Lug tq is 100ft/lbs. This how I do mine 1 floor jack 2 jack stands. lift the car in the front at jack point behind wheel place stand under sub frame near rear control arm bushing, do this on both fronts. The from the back with floor jack lift by sub frame under rear differential.
