If I recall correctly, there were only like 2 dozen of these made, and even then, they were strictly produced for marketing purposes. The closest you'll get to that is the grille from Mobsteel. You'd obviously have to end up installing the Ford oval emblem yourself after having taken delivery of it. That's it, in a nutshell.
