Sneaktip
Is anyone else having an extremely hard time using their iPod with Sync. I have synced my iTunes with Fords site and I still have problems playing my iPod classic. If I switch between sources when I go back to USB the iPod start playing (time start to elapse) but it takes several minutes before you can hear sound. Or it just stops all together and rejects the iPod. I have the latest update and still have issues. Any advice.......
sixtn39
I also used a Classic and was disappointed with the amount of time that the Classic began playing. I switched to a 16 gb Nano and there is very little lag for it to begin playing. That is the difference between the hard-drive Classic and the flash-drive Nano. Refubished Nanos are only $149 on Apple's website.
ShoBoat
^ I also switched from the classic, it was very buggy to say the least. I am now using a older iPhone (iPhone 4 32gb) as I upgraded to the 5. It works really well.
ShoBoat
I assume the issue is the speed of the iPod classic. I also switched from the iPod classic. I have an old iPhone 4S that I use plugged in to the USB port with very little issues. It hangs once in a while, but works well over all. mjhpadi
I am using an older iPod that I got from my son, and I haven't experienced any problems with playback. But I am using the USB port with it.
