mjhpadi
There are a few TSB's about this: 10-13-04 FM radio reception? sound quality changes while driving 9-23-02 Radio high pitch whine or whisle-vehicles built on or before 9/24/2009 9-19-02 Poor FM reception with rear defrost on Hope this helps, maybe with the battery change it caused the ECM to reset if one of the TSB's were performed...I would contact your dealer to see if any of the TSB;s were performed and if something needs done since the battery was replaced. nannho
Static is consistent whether sitting or driving. Not horrible but noticeable. No rear defroster used and no real whine. I need to check the manu date. Maybe ill disconnect it longer and let it sit to reset the ecu, as my presets were still there.
