EcoBoostSHO
I was doing some scanning using a certain SCT device and wondered if anyone else has spent some time logging any of the parameters (I'm pretty sure EcoBrick Bob Has). I started doing that on my car to get a baseline and one thing I've noticed is that Degrees of Knock Retard is constantly 0.23 degrees. It never moves but then again I'm stock for the moment and the weather is cool so that doesn't really surprise me. Does anyone else out there monitor knock and if so what is the 'Normal' KR reading for your car? On my former GM vehicle it would always be '0' unless of course it was detecting actual knock. I'm not sure if there is an offset built in, it's perfectly normal, or if something 'weird' is going on. Can anyone share their info? Thanks, Dave
