This is the 3rd one I've managed in the Flex. No cool videos today... everyone was at the Woodward Dream Cruise, so the track was like a ghost town! PS what was the temp? LOL! Don't know why it's so easy to cut a good light in the Flex vs the other cars I've had! Here was the best ET I had yesterday... notice the slow RT! LOL So I'm just leaning about time sheets, light trees & the rest. So some question? 1. my fastest speed in 1/4 mi is 105.09mph@97deg not my fastest 1/4 time? 2.My fastest 1/8&1/4 times 8.389 & 13.045sec @83.95mph/103.90mph. fastest 1/8mph but not 1/4mph why? 3. [ATTACH=CONFIG]933[/ATTACH] Ok... let me take a stab at this: 1) Noticed the time slips were on to different days. Possibly the timing lights were a hair off on the trap speed.I have made back to back passes at the track, one pass on the left and one on the right, and had identical ETs but have the MPH differ by like 2 or 3 MPH! 2) I have had this happen before... Had an amazing 1/8th but no where near my best 1/4... This was due to a stupid head wind! A little bit of head wind seems to kill me on the big end... 3) Really hard to say on this... could simply be the weather. Hot day, the track is nice and sticky... tires nice and soft... so you dead hook and pull a great 60'... however the heat catches up with you and your ET is off... again... just kind of guessing...
