Flex 3D Carbon Rear Spoiler

Recommended Posts

Shortly after purchasing my 2010 Flex EB LTD, I purchased a 3D Carbon Rear Spoiler. Unfortunately, the EBAY supplier that I chose, did a mediocre job in painting it. From others who installed the same spoilers, I would recommend buying one from CARID, in the color of your top.

Everyone who has purchased from CARID seems to have had a good experience with the painting quality.

The current cost at Carid is under $350. including painting to your color choice.

Here is a pix of my 3D Carbon spoiler.

I went the extra MILE in installing the spoiler... I drilled and screwed it to the hatch, besides using and clamping it in place with the 3M tape that is included with the spoiler. These are short stainless screws (1/2"), that are inserted thru the tailgate sheetmetal, thru silicone caulk - into the fiberglass 3D spoiler.

With my other mods, including the H & R lowering springs (not shown here), my Flex becomes a Sport Wagon...ala... Volvo...
