bobback
If looking for a quality all-season floor mat, check these out: http://www.weathertech.com/ The Ford all weather mats don't have the deep grooves for melting snow / turning to water. Thanks to fellow member (ghostsho) for mentioning.

mjhpadi
I've had Weathertech in my last 3 vehicles. I really like them. The quality is first rate and they are made in America. Also my first set in the SHO had the outer edge of the driver's side mat sag. I called Weathertech and they replaced both front mats at NO COST! At the time I had the mats for over a year and yet no questions were asked, they replaced them without any problem. I told them that the passenger side was in great shape but they insisted on replacing the full set. So great customer service sure makes them worth the cost, and they fit great! BTW, I have the Floorliners and they really keep the carpet in great shape since no moisture gets out of the mat.

GhostSHO
I have the WEATHERTECHS in my SHO - Front and back and I strongly believe they are the best floorliner/mats you could put in any vehicle. 100% perfect fit. Don't even think anymore.... just buy them!
Imminent Rueage
I got WeatherTech's front and back as soon as i got my car and I am very happy with them. The only complaint I have is that I wished the passenger side had the "posts" that lock them into place like on the drivers side...but that is Ford's fault, not WeatherTech's.
