mjhpadi
Looks great, very sharp! I'm jealous, it's too cold and windy here to even get mine washed and dried without it freezing first! But your's looks great, very sharp!
steve142857
Your car looks great Goblues! I cleaned mine too, it was cold but with the sun, it allowed me to dry it in time before freezing... Surely feels good to drive a clean car during the winter when the roads are clean and dry.
sweetair
Jealous here too. 29 degrees is too cold for a wash today. Yours looks real nice though.
goblues38
Thanks to all. Steve? What process did you use to get your wheels all black? That looks sharp. Looks like its a matte finish, correct?
steve142857
Plastidip and once cleaned, I used tire shine... After all, plastidip is rubber finish and tire shine is made for that. Thanks

steve142857
Done directly when wheels were on car and it is easily removable if needed.
mval
the tire shine stuff is real magic, where i found it also works great is in the wheel wells, regular stuff works but the tire shine makes them really stand out & yes goes blues was a reasonably nice day in STL to clean out babies & i put on my pre filter for my airaid. When weather gets warmer here plasti dip will get its test with a novice like me. got the grill & back trunk line in mind then something on the wheels. My SHO is white so black pasti is a natural. Took off some emblems that I got tired of. My friend when he did my airaid & borla put some of his mustang gt emblems on my SHO. Today off they went. The dental floss works like a champ, the bug & tar remover works but lots of elbow grease. A quick question on the plasti dip. Do you all put a plastic primer coat down first before you start the plastidip? mikev
