bpd1151 Posted January 16, 2012 Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 Apparently there is a newly revised warranty policy recently issued (Dec. '11) by FMC that requires their Dealerships to "call in" any warranty claims for cosmetic related items. The intended purpose of which is to obtain "approval" PRIOR to said Dealership performing the desired work by the individual owner requesting such work. This would include, amongst other items, those dubious peeling chrome on the tail lights issue(s) that so many of us have experienced.
