I also have some feelers out on other forums for this information. I have the Sony audio w/ navigation, if that makes a difference. If anyone has any information, it would be appreciated. Also, I'm sure it hasn't changed since the previous years, but does anyone know where the external amps for the speakers are located? Thanks. mjhpadi Posted June 15, 2012 Report Share Posted June 15, 2012 I believe the amps are located in the trunk on the left side of the trunk (at least I think that is what I remember when watching the threads about guys who changed their amps and speakers.) kuruption Posted June 23, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 23, 2012 Well, I did a hardware of a Valentine 1 into my SHO today, so I found one wire! On the push button start, violet w/ grey stripe provides +12v when the ignition is on (not accessory). I was able to use this wire to switch on my v1.
