bobback
Well, sort of. It just stopped blowing cold air; passenger side was blowing cold air but that quit blowing cold air too. Can't remember what service is thinking happened; something about something getting stuck, he said worst case they have to take out the dash. Keeping fingers crossed that they won't have to take out the dash. Can't get the car in till next Monday...man, that black interior is freak'n hot! mjhpadi
Sounds like the blend door may have broke...it's a fairly common problem with Ford. I know several people who have had it happen. We have had a problem with it in our Explorer.

mjhpadi
I know it does on our Explorer...estimated repair cost...about $800.00 (for the Explorer).
h1h0silver
What is blend door? My air system makes a ticking sound only upon startup of the car. Kind of like car tests the recirc damper a whole bunch or a leaf stuck in fan. Dealer says it's one of the 3 fans going bad...

Its a bad servo or something behind the glove box. Warranty will cover it.
h1h0silver
I'm at 38500. No more warranty except power train. Which is covering my trans rebuild that is going on STILL... If you could ask your dealer that fixed the servo and message to me which part/s, please.
j1mmyr1chter
Ahhh. My mileage is the same as yours, but I got the extended warranty so it was covered. That really sucks, cause you are jusssst outside the bumper to bumper. They sure know how to time those things dont they. Hopefully its not too pricey to get fixed. bobback
The a/c condensor went bad. They said not a common issue in these, and was just a bad part.
