gipraw
Driving home from work today, heading over to a buddies house to borrow his welder, and got rear ended by an International flatbed from a steel supply company. I am fine, and so is my buddy, but pretty sure the SHO is totalled.

Showgun
Damn that's hard to look at but hey, I'm glad to be talking to you, I'm sure everyone will agree. The car is a good one which probably explains why nobody was hurt -- It's done its job ....... Now you can get another. Glad you're ok, man..... Colin. bpd1151
Holy Christ! For the love of the good Lord...... Ouch! Well, I would say 1st of all be thankful you both walked away. After my double rollover in the Charger back in June of '09, it took me quite a while to come to that realization that property is property, most important is that you, your friend, and in my case, all walked away uninjured. I will sing the chorus of others and shout it out louder..... GET THAT 2013! In the interim, you should see if there may be any after market vendors (like LMS or others) that would be interested in the major components. I.E. engine, trans, turbos, etc for slave use and/or product development. Once again, glad you're physically ok, but sorry for the loss of your beloved SHO. ***This post sent from my DROID3 using the 'Tapatalk' App***
Livernois Motorsports
Wow, glad that you're ok! The car can be replaced... A few years back I was hit by a semi in my Corvette and able to walk away with a crazy story. Rick
SHO-MAN
Man seeing the damage make me wanna cry  especially since I have the twin brother of your car. I'm glad everyone was able to walk away..hope to see posts of you and the 2013 SHO! Good luck
mjhpadi
Doug, like everyone else has said: Glad both of you are OK. That is harf to look at, but like Mike, I would seriously consider the 2013. I would let the insurance company have the SHO and start pricing the new one. Good luck, hope you're not sore. IowaFoSho
It looks like the crumple zones were effective.
Jojomofo21
Sorry to see that. Glad your fine. Rip SHO!
markssho
Wow, glad your OK! Interesting to see the crumple zones work. I read a few years ago that the Taurus was designed to eventually replace the Crown Vic and that Ford had substantially worked the rear crash protection for police use. gipraw
Well it is official. Took the adjuster less than 15 minutes to total it. Said he was over 20k in body damage without even looking at the mechanicals. Sad day. Decided to get a new F150 for now. Looked at the Ecoboost, but ended up with a 6.2L. Showgun
Congrats on the F150, Doug. Glad you're staying with Ford.....Maybe get back into a SHO in the future. RIP 2010 Sho -- she was a good car. C.
IowaFoSho
I think you can supercharge that 6.2L.
bpd1151
I think you can supercharge that 6.2L. Oh boy...... way to stir the pot, haha! Although I must admit, that would be kind of cool and I'm sure that the boys over at LMS would definitely be up to the task of accomplishing that. ***This post sent from my DROID3 using the 'Tapatalk' App***

EcoBrick Bob
You will enjoy that Super Crew. My son-in-law just got a 2011 with the 6.0 V-8. Pearl Lariat with adobe buckets... Wanted the EB, but none were available with options he wanted in early Nov. No dealers wanted to do a dealer trade, even though his dealer had 3 EB. V-8 Deal was too good to pass up, with X-Plan and all the incentives. Quietest vehicle they have ever had.
