Even if LMS did have somebody immediately available at their disposal, it goes w/o saying there'd be a window of training time, and/or getting up to speed with all the various things Rick so effortlessly managed day in, day out. Let's just hope, for everyone's sake, including that of LMS as a whole, that that window is a short one, and they're are able to successfully find.... well..... a successor (to Rick). Big shoes to fill as I'm sure you'll all agree. Let's all try to be gracious to whoever it is that does replace Rick, and understand that LMS has been the pioneer in embracing the Ecoboost platform and has lead the way in developing performance mods across the board.
