redshocgo
Let's get some friendly conversations started about lowering springs while I know the two biggest players are Eibach and H & R are there any others? What are the differences between them? Ride height, harshness, vehicle stability ect.
Guest Guest
I have the Eibachs and love them. Unfortunately, you can not get the full set anymore. Somebody had talked to Eibach and I think was able to get the rears by part number.
redshocgo
I heard the Eibachs have been discontinued but may find them used.
Silver14FusionTi
I've driven SHO's with H&R and Eibach and ride quality was about the same, however the H&R seemed to go a bit lower and had more of an even drop than the Eibachs, so my choice was always H&R for the SHO. danhyder
What about coil overs, is that an option?
Guest Guest
Yeah, Megan has coils for the 10-12 SHO and is supposed to be close on the 13-14. I don't know what they have for the Fusion.
GUZZI SVT
I put Eibach's on my car and they didn't lower it at all. Eibach wouldn't do anything about it even though it didn't perform as their adds said. I put on H&R but would still like to get the rear down another 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch to get the car to sit level. Any ideas? mjhpadi
I really like how the car looks with the lowering springs, but with my bad knees, I have enough trouble getting out of the car...I'm afraid it would be worst if I lowered the car...but it does look much better. redshocgo
Guzzi that looks great the way it is! It gives the car an aggressive stance Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
LindenBruce
So, for a 2013 can a person just get rear leveling springss to even oyt the car? Thanks, Bruce
Guest Guest
I think somebody did. You'll have to call Eibach and get a part number and then figure out where to get just the two rears. Or, buy a set that utilizes those same rears.
LindenBruce
Cool. Or how about cutting a half or full coil off the factory springs? Thanks. B.
