bamsho
Well installed new 160 tstat in wife's Escape today. What a PAI!!!!! Reflashed with new tunes, and took for a test drive. I just reflashed earlier this week, so it seems there is a lighter difference in the butt dyno. We are going to the movies, going to have Kris drive her car and see what she feels. bpd1151
That much fun huh? I remember peering into the engine bay on the escape and it seemed like a tight fit. Like even more so than the SHO. Hopefully Kris rewards you accordingly for your hard work and efforts. Be sure to pick a seat in the back of the theater so that can be facilitated. *Wink *Wink Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
mjhpadi
I'm sure Kris appreciates the effort. Did you notice the temp gauge showing a tad lower?
brucelinc
The location of the 'stat in some other engines like the 2.0, 2.7 and 3.0 make us realize how easy it is to change it in the 3.5 ecoboost.
bamsho
Yeah the temp gauge is showing a lower reading. She said it reads right at the middle hash mark, its def lower, about two needle ends lower.
